I travel a lot and most of my days I am away from home. I see a lot of Hotels and this Best Western is Great! The Staff is always friendly and always takes care of my needs. The Hotel is always very clean and has been recently renovated and upgraded to a Best Western Plus. The housekeeping staff seems to be very well trained and pay attention to detail. I would recommend this Hotel as a Corporate and Family Hotel.

Vert friendly at the front desk but the rooms were bad. Stayed in a smokinbg room and ive stayed in them beofre with no problems but soon as you get off the elevator the hallways smelled terrible and so did the rooms! Tried switching rooms and they gave us a hard time. Got very annoyed and didnt stay the second night! Checked out and went to a different hotel. Would never stay at another best western again.

The hotel was very nice looking, roomy, nice public spaces. The FREE breakfast was ok, sausage patties are extremely salty, we skipped it and bought breakfast out a couple of days. Our room included a mini fridge -- which we discovered did not work, had to pour out our milk and yogurt we had purchased. The room got really stuffy at night, but when we turned on the air conditioning unit to cool the room off - it screeched horribly and the fan was very loud. The bed was also extremly hard. They did offer to put us in a different room, but no compensation for the items we had to throw away or discomfort we endured -- since we booked through a service, not directly through them, they said they could not do any type of reimbursement. I would reccomend the hotel to a friend, however encourage them to make sure everything works.

This is a great place to stay as it is easy to find and along a major thoroughfare. It is very clean and comfortable with a very accommodating staff. Rooms are good sized and the bed fairly comfortable. The hotel seemed to be very quiet. The if in the title refers to the rate. IF you have a long enough stay or catch them at the right time, the rate is very attractive. The regular rate is a bit too high for this level of property. All in all, I would stay again IF... One of the draw-backs is, oddly, as is much of the way in Charlotte, you can't turn left out of the parking lot. Imagine that, the city so steeped in NASCAR, but you can't turn left! Get used to making U-turns!!
