Beware of the pay movie feature on the TV. They tried to charge us for 3 movies when we checked out, we never even looked at that feature, hotel was unable to tell us what movies we had viewed. We refused to pay and they took it off bill. Later on I heard another family having the same argument with front desk...hmmm makes me wonder if they try and tell everyone that. UNIVERSAL STUDIOS has a kiosk in hotel lobby..DON""T buy your ickets there!!! Tickets were CHEAPER online and hotel has a computer in lobby to use to buy them. You pay online and pick up at universal .

You get what you pay for and this was a budget friendly hotel! The beds were not the most comfortable and the room was definitly lived in, but not dirty. If you don't want to spend a lot on a room and want to stay in a good location then this hotel is for you. I liked that there was a fridge in room and microwave.

In at 4pm called maintainance at 420- TV did not work-called twice, went to dinner . Came back at 930 and called twice. Asked for a new room. At 1020 pm- he fixed the TV. I called Mgmt he apologized and gave us a GREAT free breakfast. The beds were not very comfortable. Patched up furniture needs to be replaced! Husband did not like the small toilet seat! Please overhaul this hotel plaza. Great potential and Location. 5th floor- not up to choice hotel standards. Housekeeping needs to deep clean those corners and get the dust out.
