Upgraded to the Loft level and was very happy. Staff was excellent and room was nice though bed could have been softer. Fitness center was small but had everything I needed. A bonus was the sauna in the men's locker room. Love the duck theme and the real ducks that live at the hotel.

Nice property.....great pool area, although the pool bar prices were a little over the top....$12 for a rum punch????! Also, the parking garage fee is exaggerated......they should lower it for registered guests to an amount more nominal as a courtesy. Personnel very pleasant, professional and helpful. The speediest elevator ever......very convenient. They need to enforce some sort of dress code, though....I was turned off by the sight of persons walking shirtless through the lobby and taking the elevator....didn't do a nice hotel like that any justice. Thanks!

Overall a Great place to stay at! Great location too. Two beautiful pools and they are not to rigid with the pool hours (if you know what I mean ;-) ) They let you stay late and in that weather, it's great that they do that. The only problem is having to pay for the parking space... not cool! But it is worth it.

Went to Orlando for a convention and tacked on a day before and after to play. I thought we would go to Universal Studios on the play days and the hotel was like being at a resort & we only left for socializing and the convention. We had a gourmet celebration dinner at Napa that was a very special experience for the palate and the service was also out of this world. The lap pool was GREAT for exercise, and the other one was so fun with the waterfall, beach entrances, fountains, waterslide, and a darling kiddie pool with Disney statues and a white sandbox & shower to clean them off after play! Every single staff person was wonderful and helpful. Never had to wait for an elevator more than a couple minutes. I could go on and on! Can't wait to go back and take my Grandsons next time!
