From check in to departure the staff was attentive, friendly, efficient, and definitely showed care and concern about their guests! The restaurant staff was the absolute best! Nice relaxing bay views from your balcony, and the hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is nice, but needs to stay open past 6 pm. Real coffee drinkers need caffeine after 6 pm.

This hotel was great, clean rooms with very adequate service. The price at which we purchased our rooms compared to the area that the hotel is located in was a steal. It's not far from the airport or anything else for that matter so cab or shuttle fare wasn't a problem. Both bay and city views were awesome, which we had both from our room. Definitely would stay at this hotel again upon my next visit.
