    We booked this hotel because my best friend had invited us down for a wedding being held at the hotel. The staff was excellent. The grounds were well kept and very beautiful. The main lobby had a recreation planner on hand to help you with booking things to do. We loved our room, but the bathroom's shower was not in the best condition. I don't know what they had used but the bottom of the tub was actually peeling up and in some places it bubbled up when the water was running. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were so comfortable. We didn't order room service, but we had the chance to try the food at the hotel during the wedding reception and it was amazing. We didn't have a car, but it was so easy to walk everywhere. We were close to a lot of restaurants and a few attractions as well. There was a free shuttle to Universal, but I don't know if there was one to Disney. The fare to the hotel from the airport wasn't bad either. If you are traveling lightly and with only two or three people it's better to get a taxi to head back to the airport versus the shuttle. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to everything and yet have enough distance from all the rush of tourism.

    I do not travel often but this was the worse experience ever. I was in Orlando for a technology conference and the room did not have wifi included. I was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator or cart to bring up my luggage. I had a cooler, suitcases, computer and hanging cloths and had to walk up the two floors with no help and made several trip to do it. I will never stay there again.

    Upon arrival, it was already a welcoming feeling. You were opened to the experience with a map of the entire hotel area, and you were free to go to the pool to wind down after long hours of travel. The service was great, and we were in the comfort of our very nice rooms with great conditions and cleanliness. The location is very convinient to reach other areas in Orlando. The breakfast buffett was pleasing and delicious! The price was great, and the service staff was remarkable.

    I felt very comfortable at this hotel. I loved the landscaping and the paths to walk on. You are right in the middle of everything on I-drive. The rooms could use some updating but all in all a nice place to stay.
