Important Hotel Information
- Between January and April 2013, guests will begin to see the reimagination of the Wyndham Orlando Resort. All operations and resort amenities will remain open during this time.
All hotel guests will be responsible for paying the property's resort fee of 6.00 USD per day (6.75 USD including taxes) at the time of check-in.

The hotel was in a nice location. Centrally located on I-Drive and close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel photos looked nice but the room was dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom, the shower was gross, the floor was dirty so we had to wear shoes the whole time. The safe in the room did not lock so we felt uncomfortable leaving valuables behind. Luckily this was just a weekend trip so we didn't have to stay there long. The staff at the front desk was friendly and let us check in early. I would not stay here again.

NIGHTMARE
03/21/2011This is not a resort of any kind just a chain with a few low level buildings in close proximity ot most resorts....they provide no microwave or mini fridge, ...
This is not a resort of any kind just a chain with a few low level buildings in close proximity ot most resorts....They provide no microwave or mini fridge,wifi. rooms are old but decent houskeeping was nice and understanding where as concierge was not helpful nor understanding towards complaints. They lied in one situation then cover themselves to not look foolish among other guest coming in. orlando was great but highly dissapointed with my stay here. Also to add Travel agency was just as bad as the concierge. calling them up was a waist of time they act as if they dont undestand simple problems . they are not able to assist you in covering the cost of another hotel giving the fact that they listed many amenities that were simply not there to begin with and i was told to deal with. COULD NOT BELEIVE I WAS TOLD THAT. but if you dont beleive this i am planning to post up the conversation with them (via hotel phone) on youtube in a few days, look under the whydam and travel agency . Thank you for reading this, it is important to your stay...oh yea you know whats funny..... The meeting area was the best. I mean simply wonderful.. but wait till you walk in your room NOT THE SAME ...................
