- Between January and April 2013, guests will begin to see the reimagination of the Wyndham Orlando Resort. All operations and resort amenities will remain open during this time.
All hotel guests will be responsible for paying the property's resort fee of 6.00 USD per day (6.75 USD including taxes) at the time of check-in.

My girlfriend and I arrived at this hotel late Saturday night and we were assigned room 1304. This room smelled horrible and the phone did not work. We decided to go back to the front desk and explain our issues to the front desk and with no questions asked we were assigned room 532. What a world of difference! Freshly remodeled in very modern decor and was super clean. Hard work flooring was a huge plus and the bathroom was awesome. I will stay here again and it will be in building 5! My only gripe is that this room was not originally assigned to us and they knowingly put us in a non refurbished room that

I checked in on 10/26, for 2 nights. First room assigned room 305, had no running water and phones did not work. Second room assigned romm 942 had ROACHES. I killed 5. Finally at 2 am, third room assigned room 132 was smelly, had no towels, no soap and conecting door would not lock. I am a world traveler and I had never stayed in such a terrible place. The hotel conditions and service are unacceptable by all terms. Don't let the low price fool you. It's a ROACH hotel.

There were several events going on in the conference rooms that made the grounds very busy and parking difficult; the grounds had "low lighting" at night and for me that made the place seem unsafe since it was a long walk from our building to the front desk; our phone didn't work (it had the message light blinking but we could not access the message nor make any calls to the front desk); the traffic in the immediate area was atrocious (we wanted to cross the street to try a restaurant but it was just too busy for pedestrians to get across).

Inconvenient for travelers who want to check in and get to their rooms quickly, Upon arriving at the door to my section, I was greeted by a blast of water shooting in my face from an out of control sprinkler. coming into the room, I noticed a stale smell and the carpets felt dirtl. very disappointed that Wyndham would put their name on this place! got what I paid for I guess.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and although it is not the newest and nicest, I have never had a bad experience. It is very close to all the desirable locations. The pool is always a good time and the hot tub is always open late which makes for good times. Staff is nice and accommodating and its usually one of the cheapest hotels in the area.
