    Over my five day stay at the hotel i had to have my keys reprogrammed twice and another time i could not get in because the lock battery was low ...

    Over my five day stay at the hotel I had to have my keys reprogrammed twice and another time I could not get in because the lock battery was low on the door. This would not have been a problem really, except that I was in the building farthest away from the lobby, about a eight to ten minute walk. After walking straight past the hotel and having a schedule to keep for meetings I had to take the extra time and also wait once for someone to replace the battery which took about twenty minutes. The two keys were kept separately, one in my vehicle and another in my wallet, so there was no way they were near a magnet or anything... Also, there was a large gap under the door where the wind blew in leaves and debris from outside.. Also, the wifi did not reach my room, it kept going out so I was unable to get online while staying at the hotel.

    Decent room and comfortable bed. Would have liked to have working buttons on the hotel telephone service numbers ( no access) and a working hair dryer in the bathroom instead of broken one. Sometimes it was difficult to get transportation from the room to the front desk (a tram ride was needed-- particularly at night) but a nice walk during the day when the sun was out. Personnel were generally helpful and pleasant.

    I stayed at this hotel over the new years holiday. If you are looking for luxury--this is not the place to be. However, the service is a great--and the staff is quite friendly. The room was not the best in the world. The bathroom needed some repairs, it appears that the tub had some water damage underneath/and there were issues of water draining in the tub. There was some mold on the walls. The walls needed some repairs. Basically, if you need a place to crash and you dont need a 5 star room--this is your place to call home. Dowtown disney was like a 15 min cab ride. Universal studios/Island of adventure was about 5 minutes away. Also, there isn't any wi-fi available--but they do have internet with a cable. If I had to rate this hotel out of 5 stars---I would give it a 2 star rating--for excellent customer service and upkeep for the hotel grounds.
