Important Hotel Information
- Between January and April 2013, guests will begin to see the reimagination of the Wyndham Orlando Resort. All operations and resort amenities will remain open during this time.
All hotel guests will be responsible for paying the property's resort fee of 6.00 USD per day (6.75 USD including taxes) at the time of check-in.

The room was nice and room service was great. Had a few of those large roaches In the room that scared me to death . After letting the front desk know, my room was changed to an indoor room. Never saw another roach. Jacuzzi and pool was open 24 hours and nicely heated.

The resort is nice and the pool/recreational area is very nice. My room was not the best. I was in the first floor in front of the cleaning stuff closet. I stayed thee for 3 night and I was often waked up earlier than i wanted by the cleaning stuff opening and shutting the closet door. The room had no wireless.

Every hotel I have stayed at offers FREE Wi-FI except this one.

I am from Connecticut and decided to get married in Florida. We picked the Wyndham because of the beautiful photographs. Well, the photographs of the grounds are very accurate, it is beautiful. But everything else is just horrible. The wedding planner was awful!!!! She acted like my wedding was not important because it was small. She never returned calls or emails until weeks, sometimes MONTHS later. When my guests and I arrived, all of us were in different buildings, kind of strange when we had a "room block". The hotel managers did nothing to alleviate any of our concerns, except for deep cleaning our room after we found TOENAIL clippings on the carpet. After that first cleaning, our room was never TOUCHED for the next 5 days. We had to call for clean towels every day and they never took the old ones. The mini fridge had food in it from the previous guests. There was also old food, used band aids and broken toys under the mattresses on the bunk beds that my son slept on. The bathrooms were visibly moldy. The doors had a large enough gap at the bottom that lizards could run in and out of our room all day and night. I was embarrassed for my guests that had to stay there. My sisters room had a tub surround that was placed over the existing tub that had warped causing water to pool up and they would continuously slip and fall every time they showered. The breakfast buffet was good, but should be free for what you pay. The rooms are dated, they still have old TV's, old carpet, old tile, old grout, old paint etc... I won't even go into how my entire wedding day was ruined, but it was!!! I would not recommend anyone stay there. There are much better hotels in the area that are just as beautiful.

It's really pretty from the outside but when we got to the room, there was an unpleasant odor. The bathroom kept flooding and there was no extractor or window and there was a lot of humidity. The duvet's don't smell good. If we go back to Orlando we wouldn't go back to that hotel.
