Im used to staying @ beautiful spacious nice hotels. When I arrived, I was soooooo disappointed!!!! This was my 1st trip to Orlando & it wasnt that great. This hotel reminds me of a ""MOTEL""!!!! We had to switch rooms because the 1st room was soooo small, smelled like mold, water seeping through the vents on the outside & the radio didn't work in either room. The 2nd room was a lil more spacious but I still wasn't happy overall. The only thing nice about hotel is the Pool Area (that was beautiful) & the staff were nice.

First, our door did not lock, then the tub did not drain. For a day we had no water. There were no normal room acccomodations, such as a microwave, fridge, and the vending machines didnt even work. Only thing that was decent was the pool area.

I stayed for a convention, and two weeks later learned that my credit card had been cloned. The ONLY place I've used that card was at the Wyndham front desk, so I know it happened there. Days later, I learned that more than two dozen fellow convention attendees are experiencing the same problems -- bogus charges on the credit cards they used at the Wyndham front desk. Management has, so far, been non-helpful. Hotel itself was a mixed experience. Wonderful pools and location. Internet access was a nightmare and slow (no wifi.) Rooms were not the cleanest ever. Hotel restaurant was nice -- fabulous pasta bar.

Location was good, near pharmacy, restaurants and tourist interests. The grounds were quite nice, very spacious with pleasant walks wandering through the complexes and swimming pool areas, the rooms were adequate and bedding wonderful. The only problem was the air conditioner blew directly onto one of the beds and it could not be redirected. The front desk was friendly and accomodating. We had a pleasant overall stay and would stay there again. We thought the cost of under $*for a king or double room during Easter week was a very good value. Susie and Pat
