    All hotel guests will be responsible for paying the property's resort fee of 6.00 USD per day (6.75 USD including taxes) at the time of check-in.

    Anyone who has written " would stay again" has probably no sense of smell. This shabby hovel masquerading as a hotel is awful. The picture depicts something far grander, it is cheap, but remember you get what you pay for. At best it is a motel. The reception area is fine, it's just when you enter the room, the smell of dampness is so strong that you realize staying there would mean you would take on that smell in a few moments of touching anything in the room. The bedding actually felt damp to the touch. The rooms are shabby and dull with cracked walls yellowing paint and outdated furniture. At first we thought another room would be better, unfortunately not. It wasn't just us complaining either, when we went back to reception to cancel our reservation several other guests were complaining about the rooms including infestations, in particular spiders in the beds! If you lack a sense of smell and really want something cheap, it's for you. It is not a 4 star hotel, it is a motel which you will not wish to spend a lot of time in.

    Guest services was very pleasant, but the pictures of the resort are a bit deceiving. The resort puts you in the mind of a motel setting. When we pulled up to the hotel, I actually thought we were at the wrong resort (considering how the pictures on the website looked). It was also stated on the website that the resort has casino's, horseback riding, etc..I guest services where on the premises were these activities, she said nowhere!! The activities are within driving distance!! One of the reason I chose the resort was because of the amentities they so called had. I would not stay again

    My wife and I were very pleased with our room and the well kept grounds at your establishment. The front desk was courteous along with the other workers that we encountered during our stay. We found the pool and exercise facitities to be very clean and well maintained.

    Check in could be more organized. They didn"t have any control of who was next in line to taken care of. The building I was staying in had the parking taken away from us and given to the convention center. So at 530 am I had to carry my bags in the dark to get to my car in another parking area. I DIDN"T MIND THE WALKING SO MUCH AS MY CONCERN FOR MY SAFETY!!!!!!
