Of all the hotels available in Key West, I think this one is one of the best places to stay. I like the beach and piers that it has. The resort is on the south side of Key West and offered an unobstructed view of both the sunrise and sunset. It was very accessible from the airport. Just turn right out of the little Key West airport onto Roosevelt Blvd, follow the ocean for a couple of miles and there you are. Impossible to get lost. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for an ocean view room. You get a patio/balcony out the back door that sits right on the beach. It's a great place to wake up or just relax between activities. I thought the rooms were a tad small. Their narrowness made them feel that way. But the view more than makes up for it. The hotel amenities were excellent, but sometimes very expensive. If you parked your rental car, the parking lot was $12/day. A bowl of fruit at breakfast was $9. Coffee was $12. $16 eggs. Dinner at the in-house restaurant started in the $30s/person. A bottle of Evian water in the room refrigerator was $5. However, the (free) gym was extremely well-appointed. The first day, I learned to travel to the Cuban market two blocks away for coffee. Better coffee for $1.50. If you have a car, I'd recommend finding a supermarket a little way north up A1A. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my 2nd stay at the Casa. It is a great facility, however the beach is not as nice as the pictures. Everything is overpriced (food, drink, etc.) however you can't beat the poolside service. Like I said, it is very expensive but I would go back. If you go, look for x who plays poolside over the weekend-you won't be disappointed

the rooms where just like the web site, after our luggage didnt make the 20min connection flight the hotel sured us it will be in later that nite and it was they put them right in our room while we where out to dinner,we stay on front side of hotel still it was a great room, you will taxi into town avg. $ one way,it was nice to get off duval st.back to the quiet end of town, we toured all of the town on our own ,no tour train do to wx(huricanne gustav) after saturdays rain the city was ours to have the locals were very friendly, the hotel service was good, but as you know very $$$ to eat there, the pool area was great, we did rent our scooter from the hotel, best ever idea we had, in town rentals required a avg. $$$ deposit , you got to get away from downtown to eat , shop, its much fun and cheaper ,and you have to half shell rest. and the the little souv. shop next to it very inexpensive , dont what else to say but we will be back ,we didnt use the hotel services to the max but we did have a good time

Casa Marina was an awesome place in a picturesque setting that I will definately visit again. The pool area was exquisite and relaxing. The beach was so relaxing, with hammocks, chaise lounges, and tables provided. I have never had a more pleasurable experience while vacationing. I highly recommend Casa Marina to everyone from families with children to singles.
