This is not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel. If you like dust, mildew, sugar ants, stained carpet, and $21 parking a day then this is the hotel for you. I sent an email to the corporate office in reference to my stay and received no response. Wow!!!!!

Staff was great-cheerful fairly helpful. They did give us an upgrade on arrival. We had a great view. I did not enjoy my stay. I could have paid less for a room and received more. I had to pay for parking &/or valet, newspapers and there was no free breakfast or internet. In this day and age, when I believe I'm staying at a higher middle class hotel, I expect more. Hilton's name should stand for more. The one meal that I had at the hotel consisted of a ceasar salad (no meat) two drinks(one alcoholic)fries and a Key Lime pie. This meal was for me and my 16 yo dtr. It was the most expense meal of the trip at $50+ dollars. That is not going to bring back customers. I am yet to know if I got my Hilton Honors points or not. I believe I will not see them.

We arrived the hotel at 330pm and they said that there were no rooms ready. Check-in times say 3pm. The front desk staff was courteous and apologized for this. While waiting for our room, we thought fo getting something to eat and racked up a bill of $50 for 2 burgers, 1 coke and 1 beer!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! The tip is mandatory and is already included in the bill. So be careful. There are no restaurants or fast food places nearby. You have to walk about half a mile away to reach a very nice cafe/diner. There as well is a starbucks, einstein bros and panera in a small strip mall. With 85F heat, who would want to be walking?! So the room was ok in size. It was clean and there is an empty fridge and nice toiletries. However, the bed was AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Thre was like a big hole and feels like you are sleeping in a coconut shell. Our backs hurt and asked for another room. As expected, no rooms available!!! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel even just for a night.
