Why not recommend a hotel that gave 5 star service? Everything was clean, the valet was friendly and very punctual. The breakfast was amazing, the servers were more than kind. I WILL come back, this was an under rated hotel and me and my boyfriend got a lot for a great price, it was a great stay, and I wish I was able to stay longer, I felt right at home with the staff surrounding us and the comfort of the place. Thank You so much.

Stayed for two nights. The staff and room were great. The location is great if you are going to the Amway Center, but the area is not great for stumbling home from the bars downtown (like we had hoped it would be).

The lobby and room were very nice. My only complaint is that the valet did not take my bags to the front desk nor did anyone offer assistance to get my bags to my room. I would think this would be standard procedure but instead I found myself in the elevator struggling to use the key card to get to my floor while balancing my purse, laptop case and suitcase. However, the room was clean, the window opened a bit which I like, and the water pressure in the shower was great. I would recommend and gave four stars instead of five due to their lack of assistance towards women traveling alone.

Great location. Visited for an Orlando Magic game - the location is perfect. Within walking distance to the new arena (which has restaurants, shops, etc). Short walk - or very cheap cab (can call for a golf cart taxi) - to Church Street, which has everything for everyone. Would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in getting to know the (very fun) Orlando downtown. It's far away from all things Disney, the crazy strip malls, etc.
