    With two adults and two teens, the accommodations were perfect -- it was actually an apartment (recently very nicely renovated) with two br, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen. Plasma tv in both br's and in the LR. And the price was no more than a good hotel, even less. But the keycard would not work well in the fitness facility, and the response from the front desk was "sometimes it doesn't work; just keep trying". So we never could get into the sauna or the weight room. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from Disney, 10 min from Universal. Close to many, many restaurants - and a Publix. In the end, we loved it and will definitely return.

    WE RECENTLY STAYED AT A RELATIVES TIME SHARE AND ARE SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE BEEN PLACED AT THE SHERIDAN VISTANA. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT IS AWESOME. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. OUR VILLA WAS BEAUTIFUL AND FELT LIKE HOME. VERY CLEAN AND NEVER A PROBLEM TO GET ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED. THE POOLS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THERE IS NEVER A PROBLEM GETTING A LOUNGE. SINCE THERE ARE 7 POOLS IF ONE IS TO BUSY YOU CAN ALWAYS GO TO ANOTHER POOL. FOOD IS VERY GOOD BUT A LITTLE PRICEY ON SITE. THE LOCATION IS THE BEST. YOU ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A MILLION THINGS TO DO. THE LONGEST WE DROVE TO GO ANYWHERE WAS 30 MINUTES. DISNEY IS ABOUT 15 MINUTES AWAY. WE HAD A RENTAL CAR BUT THERE ARE SHUTTLES AT THE HOTEL RUNNING ALL THE TIME. YES, THE RESORT IS LARGE BUT WE DID NOT FIND IT AT ALL DIFFICULT TO GET AROUND. WE WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WANTING TO STAY IN ORLANDO ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO BE CLOSE TO THE THEME PARKS. DON'T MISS THE ARABIAN NIGHTS DINNER SHOW; IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. THIS HOTEL EXCEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.

    We stayed a week in a one bedroom vila in the Cascades section of this resort and just loved it ! Very close to all the Disney Parks, short drive to Universal Studios. Loved our screened-in patio with direct view of pond with fountain. Laundry and jacuzzi tub were very handy after long days at the parks ! Pool was beaufitul .Villa was spotless and well mantained. All personel were very helpful and welcoming. Our area was very peaceful . We would love to return to this resort should we travel to Orlando again.

    This was the best hotel in orlando! My kids always beg to go here! We have stayed here, 3 times, and I have to say, the 7 pools were the best. I would definetly stay here again and again, it is the best. I tell every body to stay here, it is a little pricey, but it is very worth it. I felt safe, it was clean, over all 5 stars!!

    We had a wonderful stay. Stayed in a two bedroom villa. The master had double closets, bathroom and king bed with TV. The upstairs had two twin beds, a sitting area (where the sofa opens to a sleeper), bathroom (very small) and large walkin closet. The kitchen was great. We didn't have housekeeping but they came every day and washed the few dishes we left in the sink and straightened up. Upstairs bedroom does not have a TV. There is a family area downstairs with tv and dvd player. Also, had a patio in the back. The pools were great and the restaurant food was wonderful. I would definitely use this resort again.
