    Hotel (not really a resort) has not been kept up. half of the hotel is closed altogether and the vacancy in this location made me feel a little unsafe. loved ...

    Hotel (not really a resort) has not been kept up. Half of the hotel is closed altogether and the vacancy in this location made me feel a little unsafe. Loved having free internet and it worked great as opposed to the service in some hotels where I have paid for internet. However, I would not stay here again mainly due to safety concerns and the lack of upkeep.

    The sheraton was very clean and the food was good. Really enjoyed a craft show and music on Tuesday night. Awesome! Really like the food store at the hotel. Two bad things were left stranded at Epcot for 2 hours. The shuttle forgot about us and they kept telling us they were on their way or they were stuck in traffic. Liars! Upon checking in, nobody told us we had 50.00 free to use at the hotel. Didn't find out until checking out. bad timing!

    The only thing i didn't like was when i left my room i put the do not disturb sign on the door and the maid still went into my ...

    THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS WHEN I LEFT MY ROOM I PUT THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR AND THE MAID STILL WENT INTO MY ROOM TO CLEAN.
