The initial customer service was great, I love how everyone intruduces who they are. I loved the curb appeal of the whole property, the amenities and easy accsess to all. Unfortunantly, I was disappointed in the interior of the units, very dated,flat pillows, worn carpets, hardware was also dated. Service was not as well when calling in a service request of wet carpet off of the kitchen upon checking into my unit and no hot water the following morning. I did not see anyone untill the following day. Given the whole experience I would not stay there again.

The 2 bedroom villa was beautiful. Plenty of space. Stayed in the falls area, great location close to everything. Prompt shuttle service wonderful grounds. The courtesy counter could have been a little more friendly but the bellhop service was excellent.

The size of the bedrooms was great. The location was excellent. We stayed in an older model and the pools were too far away for small children to walk to. The condo was also one of the older models and had visible wear. I would stay there again.

beautiful place to visit liked the security but check in is long and tedious needs improvement plus no transport from airport its 50.00 taxi ride or for us mears was 72.00. employees of the resort were all polite and helpful all the time definite language barrier at times but it was still a wonderful experience. the rooms were clean and maid service was fabulous. 7 swimming pools general store you didn't need to leave the resort for much of anything once you got there it was outstanding for us. We did rent a car that was very helpful I didn't want to rely on there shuttles.

Great place, location. Arrived and was registered in less than 1 hour and on our way to the pool. Theme parks short distance. Should have a car here as shuttle is chargeable. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again. For the price, this was a 5 star experience!
