When we were contacted for the optional 90 time share prestentation, my husband said we would talk about it. We decided not to participate, but the next night at 10 pm the staff called to see why we didn't go and was quite rude about our decision. Unaplogetic about the late hour too.

We are Disney Vacation Club members and usually stay on the Disney property, however we booked this on short notice and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at the Vistana. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, it was clean and roomy, the location is ideal if you are going to be visiting the Disney attractions.

I recently stayed at the SV Resort. I was treated horribly by the front desk staff. I was put in an older room, nothing like the description said. I went to the desk on two occassions and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. The staff at this resort definitely need training in customer service.

I would love to hear from a sheraton PR rep. half the resort looks like army barracks . WE were told we couldnt come back if we didnt buy. Do they think their selling water in the desert.Last time i checked their were plenty of hotels in FL....Dont do it.
