Clean and big, comfortable rooms with all the amenities in kitchen incl. w/d. Resort with stores, bars and eating. Communicable staff. Nice pools and a lot for kids to do."

Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. Everything is designed to help you relax. The rooms are beautiful. The scenery is realxing and peaceful and everything you may need is provided for you or just a request away. The hotel is also conveniently located to all local attractions and eatery's. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in Cascades. It was great for us, we needed the kitchen, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, master suite. Beautiful grounds and pools! However, the sales pitch went 2.5 hours, not the 45 minutes we were told!

I had a great experience with the hotel. The rooms were amazing. There was always shuttles available to/from your room to/from the main lobby when needed. The shuttle service to Disney was adequate, but perhaps a few more shuttle times would have made it better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would defintitely stay at this resort again and would recommend it to anyone.
