I read a number of the negative comments, but we were extremely pleased in a 1BR villa with 2 adults and a 10&12 year old. We stayed only 3 nights, but this would have been perfect for a week. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools, but they looked great. We did listen to a time share talk, but they weren't pushy and we got our gifts. We able to check in about an hour early. OFF SEASON is the WAY TO GO!!! We left before the Christmas crowds arrived. It did appear that those with problems stayed in more peak times. We were in the Cascades.

Third time at vistana and it is still great, our room was just behind the pools and the store we checked in about 3 pm and was given a room fast no problems, we also did the timeshare and sat listened and no hard sell just told them not at this time and walked out. real close to disney can go to the park and come home for lunch and nap with the kids and then go back to the parks no problems but you really need a car. shopping for food (not at the store)walmart right down the road. great place for everyone

Our room had mold growing in it and smelled terrible. We asked to be moved to a different section which was more recently remodeled and were unable to move. We requested that section prior to our arrival as well as a crib and did not get either. (The crib finally arrived at 3 am) That was great timing for an infant.
