    We had the 2bd villa and it was beautiful! wonderful screened in porch overlooking a pond to sit on night. many activities for the children like mini golf, mulitple pools, ...

    We had the 2bd Villa and it was beautiful! Wonderful screened in porch overlooking a pond to sit on night. Many activities for the children like mini golf, mulitple pools, playground area etc. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our cable wasn't working when we checked in and 10 min after I called someone was there and fixed. Would recommend every time.....

    Was able to leave bags prior to check-in but after returning from disney world took over an hour for bellcap to retrieve bags and take us to our room. ...

    Was able to leave bags prior to check-in but after returning from Disney World took over an hour for bellcap to retrieve bags and take us to our room. Shuttle service to DW was horrible, had to wait 20 minutes after departure time in a pouring rain storm with a sleepy 9 yr old to return to hotel- had to do the whole loop took another hour to get back to hotel. Promised transportation around resort failed to materialize several times and it took 3 calls and over 1.5 hours for sheets to pull-out bed to be delivered . Trash not picked up 2 days out of 7 (we had daily maid service).

    I was rather disappointed with the level of service I received from a Sheraton Hotel. When we arrived we interrupted the receptionist from chatting with the security guard. Didn't receive the room we originally booked and manager stated ""what'd we expect for booking it on the internet?""
