    The suite we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable. However, upon our arrival at 11 pm after traveling all day; I had to call the front desk, because the bed in the master bedroom had a womans earring and a childs dirty sock in between the covers on the bed. Obviously the bed wasn't changed prior to our arrival. The tv was also not working. Someone came to change the sheets and another person came to fix the tv. Two days later we had soiled sheets put on the sofa bed and the room with the double beds. I called again and someone came and brought us clean sheets. But did not remove the dirty sheets. According to the front desk they were writing up a report about the "incident". By the third time I was fed up with the whole place. Housekeeping was terribly inconsistent and I was shocked that a hotel of that caliber was continuing to allow this to happen. It is a shame because the hotel was centrally located to all major points of interest. However, I will not be staying there again and anyone that I know will be told to stay away from the Vistana.

    Our first room had either the air conditioning unit was leaking or the toliet. The hallway carpet was very wet between the bedrooms. We complained for three days and the cleaning crew came to dry the carpet with a wet vac. But on the thrid day they moved us to the new room in the new side of the resort. This made us happy but we wish they would of look into this on the first day we were there. We even order pizza in the new room because it just felt like home. The pools were ok but I think because of how hot the weather was and all the people the pools could of been a little cleaner. The good thing was it was close to Disney and Sea world and other resturants. I would suggest to stay in the newer part of the resort or try the new Villages on International Drive.

    Everything was great at this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and the location could not have been better. We were less than 5 miles from Disney and all of the great attractions that Orlando has to offer. This resort was great for any couple looking for a getaway, as well as, perfect for any family on vacation. I recommend this resort to anybody visiting Orlando and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Orlando with my family.

    This was our very first real vacation ever. I was a little skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews. I am pleased to say that none of the negative things that were said came true in our visit. The room was exceptional in the Falls area, and my kids loved the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. We had housekeeping everyday clean our rooms and bring fresh towels. The check in was a little lengthy, but very helpful in getting our Disney tickets. The resort is very close to the theme parks, and they offer shuttle service if you don't have a car. I would most definitley stay here again if we were in the Orlando area.

    The location of the resort was great! Located close to Walt Disney World (10 minute drive), but yet about a 20 minutes from Universal. About 2-3 blks down from alot of different restuarants...including Wendy's & McDonalds. Close to outlet malls as well.
    Quiet resort located off the busy main roads. Beautiful grounds. On site there is a very reasonably priced General store...which has most everything you would need...take advantage of it.
    We stayed in the Falls on the back side. Housekeeping came every day.
    Only one day we had no washcloths...towels only. Called them and they delivered them right to our room. The resort condo's are being refurbished...but construction noise was kept to a very minimum. Secured entrances....can't get in with out proper identification. Security personnel drive around all day and night .
    If you stay here and they ask you to come to their 'free' breakfast...beware it is a timeshare presentation. They will pay you to go to it.
    It will take you appx 2 hours to hear the presentstion and the breakfast is basic donuts,bagels and cereal. There are alot of activites to do within the resort....4 man bicycles(to rent),tennis,swimming etc.It's a nice upscale resort and my family really enjoyed our week stay and will definately return again! Wait to purchase your attraction tickets at the resort....they offered nice discounted tickets.
