    We booked a 2BR, 2BA and were quite happy with our stay. The place was spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the screened balcony that made us feel safe with little kids and no worries about bugs. The master BR was huge and the kids loved the whirlpool tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pools onsite were great! Of the 2 we went to, the smaller one hads lots of little water spouts for the kids to play in and the main one has a beautiful waterfall and 2 good-sized hot tubs. The workout room looks over the big one. Great view while jogging. Also by the pools was a "kid mall" that had bikes, video games, fake tattoos, videos to rent, etc... The location of the resort can't be beat. It is literally 2 minutes from Sea World and the Disney parks, maybe 5 minutes from Blizzard Beach. The outlets are right doen the street, as is a Super Wal-Mart, which is good for groceries and souveniers. Also, right at the main road by the resort is a drug store if you need anything on the fly. The only real negative thing is that if you don't have a car, the resort is large. We did have a car, so issues for us. I can just see the it would be a lot of walking if you didn't. This is not a luxury resort, but very nice, especially for families looking for a great Orlando vacation without breaking the bank.

    Apparently this is a time share facility that Sheraton rents out. The building I stayed in was recently renovated and the 2 bedroom unit was absolutely fantastic. It had a full kitchen, dining room table and 3 plasma TV screens throughout. The screen porch was perfect for sitting outside at night without having to worry about bugs.

    I would stay here again if I could get a recently renovated unit. Sorry, don't know what the other units were like.

    Room assignment was wrong, prestock grocery order delivered to wrong room, my credit card was placed on file with someone else's room. Mold growing in showers in both bathrooms, water leaking thru ceiling from villa above us, had to change rooms at 3 am. New room had mold in showers. Resort was understaffed, hard to get help with issues. One manager was outright rude Staff was not at all concerned about resolving our problems. Constant sales phone calls to our room trying to sell us a week at resort as a timeshare.

    Not a pleasant experience right from the time we landed ...with undue delay at the reception waiting for the luggage pickup to move to the room,no assistance whatsoever despite repeated requests .the hotel by itself is too spread out making it very difficult for travellers with no vehicles of their own..mobility a major handicap..service not upto the standard expected from sheraton group..quite disappointing experience,not recommended for holidayers.

    This is a poorly managed and ugly hotel. And you should know that every room is a smoking room since they have no control over the people who have time shares at this resort. To overcome the smoke smell, they sprayed some chemical on the carpet and the smell of the chemical mixed with the cigaratte smoke was awful. I know this because the cleaning crew was still finishing up our room when we checked in and I saw the chemical strapped on the cleaning crew's back while the guy sprayed.

    You should also know that they will force you to listen to a 10 - 15 minute sales pitch when you check in, trying to get you to sign up for a time share. And when you politely say no, they won't take no for an answer no matter how tired your children are or how long you beg to simply be given your key. I know this because I asked for ten minutes to please have my key because I was not interested in joining them for a "free breakfast."

    You should also know that the front desk is understaffed so that when you call the front desk you get forwarded to a message service. I know this because the ceiling in our room began to leak pretty severely our first night and we called the front desk to change rooms and it took 30 minutes for anyone to get the message.

    I also know it's not a safe hotel because the first room they moved us in was already occupied. In other words, they gave us a key and we walked into an occupied room. Boy did we surprise that sleeping guest.

    I hope by reading this you are not surprised by this awful hotel.
