This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Take your worst experience and multiply it by 10. Rooms were dirty, in total disrepair. Vents were clogged with so much dust, it was unhealthy. No towels, carpet was dirty, stained and tattered. Staff was rude and unhelpful. After you check in they tell you they are charging you $3.00/day for the use of the safe whether you use it or not. My safe was locked and and I couldn't even use it if I wanted to. they didn't care. My associate checked in, and check out an hour later. They charged him for the whole day. Whatever you do...don't stay here.

we had a company meeting at the Shelborne and it was our best ever! Great service and beautiful, new rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the food was excellent and the location was perfect. I will go back and refer my friends and family. Everyone in our group was very pleased and we will book our next southeast meeting there, again. The manager and his staff were very involved and made us all feel very special.

this was the worse hotel ive ever been to. the staff was rude and obnoxious. the rooms were not fit for humans. they do not care about their guest, they are unaccomodating. they dont care if you are there or not. they will ask you to leave before trying to accomodate you with an upgrade. if they show you an upgrade they show you a dirty room. I would not recommend this hole of a hotel to my worse enemy. beware if you book this hotel.

Do not go by the pictures on this site because the hotel looks nothing like in the pictures very dark. The towels smelled and one day they didn?t even give us towels another day we had to ask for paper toilet. The card to the room never worked we would stand in the hallway for like 5 or 10 mins. to get in. When we check out they wanted to charge us 5 days worth of parking when we only parked the first day that we arrived to bring our luggage up stairs, the staff was horrible.

This hotel had a great location, decent sized pool and nice lobby. The food was okay and the pool bartender made great drinks. However, the rooms were not consistent. Some rooms had tile (for same price) and others old carpet. Definitely needs some improvement on updating the rooms.
