My vacation in Miami was great thanks to our hotel accommodations, access to free transportation ,a little disappointed trying to get my coffee in the mornings , had to wait for service sometimes and for my cream. Ended up getting my coffee elsewhere. Other than that staff was very informative and friendly . I would recommend this hotel to my family & friends. Thanks for your hospitality.

I was in town on business. I needed a place that was convienent to downtown. I was surprised at how nice and elegent this hotel was. The staff was friendly and went out of there way to make me feel welcome. I had an overall great experience and plan to stay here when I go to Miami again.

I was very impressed from start to finish. The Hotel Staff was extremely friendly and they all made me feel very welcome at their property. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was heavenly. A thumbs up - kudos to the management and staff

had to pay to park car at nearby location, and walk to hotel and unsure of direct route back to hotel. The staff did not treat us with any kind of respect or courtesy. I will not go back and not recommend to anyone else.
