The room was great. The staff was friendly. The drinks were not good. The breakfast was way overpriced! $6.00 for a small box of cold cereal! We just needed a place to sleep because we had a flight delay of about 12 hours. The pool looked nice, wish we could have used it. Worst Mojitos at the bar our entire trip.

Spent one night at the hotel prior to a cruise departure. The reception desk was very helpful as was the concierge. The hotel arranged for transportation to the cruise ship (much cheaper than my prior arrangements). Very clean, very comfortable room that could use minor maintenance but everything worked as it should. Very nice linens and towels- the bed felt like home. Dinner in the casual dining room was delicious albeit very pricy.

We stayed here for one night. The location is very close to the airport with a shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate; nothing fancy, but for $*/night, I wasn't expecting anything fabulous. The pool looked nice, although it was too cold to swim. If we travel back to Miami, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

1-star service with 5-star prices! Horror started at the reception desk when clerk engaged in 10 minutes of small talk with a couple while 10 others stood in line. At the restaurant the seater ignored our wishes to only have buffet, it took 15 minutes for a server to appear, the water waiter appeared while we waited at least 10 minutes for the bill and started pouring AFTER we said we wanted no more water. Only the table bus guy was attentive. WORSE service ever! Everyone appeared as though they wanted to be somewhere else, and this pesky job was holding them back, so the stupid guests had to just grin & empathize with them! I have stayed at many Hilton's all over the world, most recently in Dubai, but this one does not deserve the Hilton name over it. WORSE HILTON STAY EVER!!! Instead of charing guests $* for a small water, the hotel AC could be better controlled for huge savings. Outside temparature when we arrived was 70 degrees, room temperature was 63, and hallway temperature must have been close to 50! Also $* for roasted chicken and bad service...the guests wishes are totally ignored! Worse Hilton stay ever, and we will never visit this establishment again!

I stayed at this hotel between 2nd to 5th July 2009. The friendly receptionist , X was the only positive about this hotel. Intending guests should be aware that they'll have to pay car parking fees of $15 per night, and that if two persons are using individual laptops in their shared room, they are charged individually for internet access. The food is dreadfully expensive, and the temperature in the corridors was freezing.A veggie burger was $15. The carpeting was old and dingy and dirty, and the wall paper was peeling.Towels old and frazzled. Surely, this cannot be 4 star. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. I'm very disappointed and will think twice before staying at a Hilton Hotel again. What you save on room rates you spend on the additional expenses. This experience has left me with a real bad feeling , as I feel that I was misled.
