Bellhops and housekeeping staff were excellent, but front desk was annoyed when we asked to have the down pillows replaced due to allergies. Had to hike back up to the registration desk when the room key couldn't be read to exit the parking lot. Overall, we didn't feel welcome and this hotel paled in comparison to the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inns where we usually stay. Don't know what the four stars are for, unless it is the comfortable beds.

great for the price. sink counterspace limited not much foom for two people. room was large and good quality. we felt rushed as housekeeping knoccked on our door 2 1/2 hours before ck out then waited outside the room 1/2 hour as we finished getting ready and packing. that was weird. i would absolutley stay again

I enjoyed my stay. From pulling up to valet, being greeted by the concierge as he waited for us to check in. Pleaseant and warm conversations. The front dest clerk was very enthused. And the hotel over all is beautiful!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The food was poor and often cold. The pool was warm in-doors. The outdoor pool was bigger but had astrange shape with many corners to bang your head on. It was clean and wll maintained. The gym was good.
