  I was very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on the website made the hotel look better than it actually was. It did not help that we stayed during a weekend when there was an anime convention--I have no problem with anime, but the crowd was young and very obnoxious and completely overran the hotel. I was also aggrevated that the hotel restaurant only offered a high priced buffet for lunch and the alternative was to eat at the bar. The service at the bar was horrible and the food only mediocre. We later ate dinner in the restaurant and that was very good as was the service at that time.

  The drain in the bath was a bit slow but overall a nice place. Good location for the airport traveler, free parking, The high point was the bed sheets and pillows which were of high quality. I would stay here again.

  This was my first ever trip and plane ride and I was by myself. So, naturally I was nervous. But, the staff here incredibly nice and calm. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. The rooms were so clean and the pillows rocked. Lol. It was an AWESOME experience. I'm definitely come back to this hotel next year.
