We woke to the sounds of loud high pressure water being shot at our door which was followed by a very strong gas smell. The hair dryer was broken the AC controls were snapped off. Very poor quality room.

It is not the luxurious hotel of your dream, but everything is clean, nice staff, great breakfast, free wi-fi works perfectly. The only small problem I had was with parking. Although it is free, if you get at the hotel after midnight, you may not find a place to park.

Loved the rooms, they're equipped with everything you need, including microwave, refrigerator, bucket for ice (there's an ice machine by the lobby free of charge) and even a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea packets. The beds and the pillows are super comfy! and you have free internet so if you have a laptop you can browse the net and keep up with business whenever you are in the room. The hotel is in a beautiful super location within walking distance to everything and literally 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Very quiet at night, great ambiance, the only thing that needs improvement is the free complimentary breakfast, it definitely wasn't what I expected.

I have stayed here at the Ramada on several occasions over the last 2year years and have always found it to be a pleasant experience. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is courteous. The comp breakfast par if you keep in mind I really haven't seen better in the area at anywhere near these prices and class of lodging. Drive time to local attractions is under 15the min. Add free wifi, a decent fridge with a freezer, and a microwave and I don't know what else you could legitimately ask for.
