  We always stay at Embassy Suites in Miami. Compared to the other hotels in the area it is very clean, I love that the parking lot is so secure, so we don't have to worry about coming in late. The breakfast is wonderful and convenient. I always recommend embassy.

  We stood at this location prior to our cruise. So basically, we just needed a place to stay for the night and were more concerned with value over location. It is not the best location if you want to see the sights of Miami, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the evening as well.

  Don't plan on this hotel to give you your wake up call. We almost missed our flight getting on the plane 2 minutes before they closed the plane's door because we overslept expecting our wake up call from the hotel. I tried to set the alarm by the bed, but could never get it reset. I don't know if it was broken or not, although the time on the clock was correct. When I complained to the front desk, they asked "did you call here?" I don't know where one calls when they use the room phone and press the button for "wake up calls."
