  We stayed here one night before we jumped on a cruise ship and the service was great. they arranged our transfer and simply made our stay very comfortable.

  I expected this Embassey Suites to be like all the others, inside it was, but we felt it wasn't safe to leave. It was gated and in a very scary area. My husband and I wanted to go for a run outside, but it wasn't safe. If you don't care about being gated and dealing with airplane noise, it's a nice hotel. Breakfast was great.

  I recently stayed again at Embassy Suites in Miami while taking my granddaughter home from a visit. I like to stay there because of location, quality etc but I think this was my last time- the problem? the shuttle service from the airport!!! The last two times I have done this (and this happens a minimum of 3 times/year) I have had to wait about an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick us up. This is insane. I could take a cab and be at the hotel in 5 minutes. Add to that that the shuttle driver was impolite, unprofessional and responded to my question with a "I have been by several times ....you must have missed me" delivered in a very sarcastic tone- He had NOT been by at all we had watched carefully and had not left the spot where he finally picked us up. This will prevent me form staying there again- there are too many other quality hotels in the area and hopefully they have a better system for getting people to their locations. As I just stay there for a one night turn around the hour and a half wait is totally unacceptable.

  This hotel is nice fir a short stay. It had a nice pool, however it was a bit noisy outside. The parking lot was also a nit hectic. Great for a couple of nights stay, but not a vacation spot.
