The ease of checking in went well. The breakfast was better than that of other hotels that we have stayed at being that everything was still warm and the fruit was fresh. The only complaint that I have is that the tv would stop working for no reason, I think a tube may have been going out. The other complaint is that the hot tub died on our last night there, no heat. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. I would stay here again in the future. Be aware that there is a charge for self parking plus tax and there is a charge for the internet. However, they do have a business area that you can use for free, and print out what ever you need there.

NEEDS A RENEWAL OF FURNITURE, SPECIALLY SOFABED. tHEY NEED FREE APRKING THE CHANRGE 6 FOR SELF AND 9 FOR VALET . THE FRONT DOOR CANN'T FROM INSIDE WAS REPORT NOBODY CAME TO FIXED IT.

The room was large and was setup to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Walking outside of the room you can see the tropical forest that is in the dining area it lends to a very relaxing atmosphere.
