Stayed there with three friends for a week long trip. Hotel is a good deal for the price, did not notice any problems and staff was nice and friendly. Appeared clean and has a great pool/hot tub area.

Excellent ...!!! It is an excellent hotel. I went with my wife on vacation for 5 nights and 6 days and were impressed. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but as they say it's overwhelming you pay for, in this case he did not. The hotel was always clean and the staff super friendly, smiling, and always ready for anything. We went to breakfast and when we returned from breakfast and the room was clean. The hotel is located in an excellent area. Nearly all parks and 1 hour from Busch Gardens. On the avenue is everything. All kinds of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, next to the hotel, you can walk this IHOP, Denny's front, a little later Waffle House. There are many options for dining, Golden Coral, Olive Garden, Black Steak House, Giordano's Pizza, Steak and Shake, Hooters and many more restaurants. The avenue very close to the Inernational Drive but quieter and with much noise and is very close to the Hw. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are large, air acondiciondo is excellent, the beds are rich and comfortable (and I am suffering from back spasms and never suffered from pain), Water heater always works excellent, the ice the same floor, there are drink machines and machines for snacks, the hotel has ATM, store, restaurant, breakfast (though never ate in the hotel if you have the facilities), the pool is enormous and the water temperature was perfect, the parking is great and free. When we return to Orlando this Hotel will be our choice. You can trust us, we're pretty demanding.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children. The family suites were highly misrepresented. My 10 daughter was too tall to stretch out all the way on the bed. Our refrigerator full of kid snacks and lunch was ruined when the outlet in the room quit working. After a long day at Disney world we tried to get it fixed, and it was after midnight, when my husband had to tell them it was not the refrigerator that was the problem, it was the outlet that was covered in black soot. They gave us complementary meal tickets for our troubles which consisted of 2.49 worth of food from their snack bar. It was very disappointing to say the least. Our check in receptionist was very nice, but she was the only one....the rest of them seemed irritable and sometimes rude. The guy behind the snack bar snapped to it when I started crying because my kids were starving, and they realized they were only going to get a banana and a small milk.;That was all we could get for 2.49; He promptly gave the kids a breakfast sandwich, and a juice and milk. He hopped to it and tried to make things okay, other than that, it was a horrible horrible experience!

Well this was my first disney vacation an we booked the kids club room it was colorfully decorated we had our own fridge an the room was pretty clean. They have a nice Swimming pool an staff was very friendly. Minutes away from disney close to all the action an all the restaurants was a plesent stay theirs coupons by the back door to go were ever you like. Only problem everyonce in a while the bathroom had a strange odor we kept that door closed for our stay :).

Hotel and staff were very clean and friendly. Me and my new wife stayed here for our honeymoon, and the only problem we had was with the ""vista cafe"". They didn't have a continental breakfast, and half the food we wanted to try they never made because it wasn't busy enough. Also the food you can buy from them is quite expensive, i recommend bring extra money, or going across the way to Burger King.
