The hotel was easy to get to and from Universal. It had a pool and the staff was friendly. We were very close to Disney and down town Orlando. For the price it was great. It was a little beat up but we hardly spent anytime in the room other than to rest. I would probably stay there again for the price.

We paid one price with Travel Website only to find out that the sign in the front of the building had a price for $* a night cheaper than we paid, also, the toilet ran all night, the window air was so loud we had to turn it off. The maid would not give us a shampoo after we checked in, I had to find her to get one, which she gave with reluctance and only when I left a hand written note on the fourth day did I finally get some shampoo. The hotel was old and there was no air in the hallway. There are so many hotels in the Disney area you don't need to stay here.
