Wow!! What a great place and the greatest of staffs. My wife and I wanted to celebrate putting our 4th child into college, which means we are childless at home..lol..so we decided to take a trip on our own to NYC. I have to say we have be an a lot of trips and by far this was the best. This hotel was in a perfect location and the staff was the BEST that we have ever had. Charles and Ronald were so awesome. They helped us out in everyway and felt like part of the family. Both Charles and Ronald for sure help make this Hotel one of NYC Best! Larry was a huge help! He got our day started with directions and gave us great info on how to get around. He was a life and time saver. We cant wait to go back and we will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on times square again...probably with our kids..lol. JIm and Belinda, West Palm Beach, Fl
