We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Times Square. All of the people who worked for the hotel were so nice, from check-in service, to housekeeping personnel, to the concierge. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is right next to a blue line station. We were on the 6th floor and did not hear any street noise. I will definately stay here again on my next trip to NYC.

Fantastic location, large rooms, tons of convenience. Hotel spaces were clean, hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was surprising quiet, the only noises we ever heard were the distant rumble of the subway train. One block from Time Square, a supermarket just across the street, walking distance to most Broadway theaters and tons of restaurants. Check out parking at a garage a block away and you can save some cash.

My teenage daughter and I had an overnight stay at this hotel to see a Broadway Show and to enjoy a day of shopping. We arrived at 7:30 am. Since a room was unavailable, the bell hop held our bags and said that we would be called when a room was available. Although check-in was not until 12:00 pm, we were given a room at 9:00 am. The room was clean and the hotel was extremely quiet. The best thing about this hotel is "location, location, location". Everything was within a 5-15 minute walk from the hotel. We plan on coming back in a few months for another overnight stay and I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, will stay again! Clean and comfy rooms, bathroom a little small. Excellent location, close to subway, times square and theaters! ALL the people there were very friendly and helpful, another bonus was that everyone spoke perfect English! (and thats no small feat for NYC) LOL

This was our first trip to NYC and we booked based on the reviews. I was stunned at how large the rooms were by NYC standards. There was a desk, a king size bed, a microwave, a fridge and room for our luggage. The staff was fantastic. We tried to check in super early and were advised that our room wasn't ready, but the front desk took our mobile # and called us when it was ready. It was ready by noon! I've stayed at 5 star hotels with lower levels of service. The bellman was personable and they had a great system for guests who needed a place to store their luggage before or after checkout. We've decided that we won't stay anywhere else on our next trip to NYC
