Initially, I was hesitant to stay here, as the customer service person was pretty rude to me on the phone the first time we spoke. However, when I called back the next time to inquire about traveling from Penn Station to the hotel, the woman I spoke with was very courteous and extremely helpful. When we arrived, all of the staff was very kind, and they even offered to take picture of me and my new husband (we were on our honeymoon) in front of the Christmas tree in the lobby. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and I was impressed by the hotel decor and seemingly recent renovations. The room price was very reasonable, the location was convenient, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

We booked this hotel because it offered rooms with two queen beds. We were truly pleased with everything about this place. We bought the breakfast included rooms and it was so worth it. The breakfasts were awesome. We have stayed at a few other, more expensive places in Manhattan and this was by far the best. We plan to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square on our next visit to NYC.

Great location close, but not TOO close to Times Square (couple blocks away). Right next to a cute little European market that was convenient for quick snacks and breakfast. Queen size beds were a nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are impeccable.

The Hilton Garden Inn Time Square was the perfect hotel to stay at for my 1st NYC trip & will be the same hotel I choose for my next NYC trip. The hotel was in the perfect location! We walked to and from the hotel several times each day...putting up shopping bags, changing clothes, or just taking a cat nap. The employees were very friendly & helpful. The only problem we had was the first night/second day of our stay...the air in our room was out. I called the front desk and minutes later they had us moved to another room with a better view and left us a goodie bag to say they were sorry. Love NYC and this hotel and can't wait to visit it again!

Having stayed in many a NYC hotel, I was't expecting much before visiting the Hilton Gardin Inn Times Square. The bar was set low, but this hotel was such a nice surprise! The rooms were modern, clean and roomy, internet was free and I received 2 free bottles of water. What's more, the staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square again.
