Important Hotel Information
- From June 1, 2013 the property will be adding new features including a spa, fitness room, restaurant, and additional meeting space. Construction will take place during daytime hours and limited to the south side of the building. The renovation process will not affect current guest facilities, and the hotel anticipates no disruption to guests.

Great location...had a parking lot view-probably should have spent the extra money for the bay view. Room was tiny and bathroom was small but it served its purpose. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was good. Also was able to park under the building which for June in Fla was a good thing. No breakfast though so the money I saved went to a nearby restaurant.....

06/07/2012I enjoyed my stay very much, beautiful hotel, great location, but the noise from outside bar was a little bothersome, and went well onto the saturday night.

It's a pretty hotel, nice staff, good location. There are lots of shops by the hotel and 5th Avenue shops are an enjoyable 15 minutes away. Beach is within walking distance.

The hotel is quiet, especially the bay side. It is a short walk to terrific restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly but very slow and spotty service in the bar and hotel restaurant. We will definitely stay there again.

If you can't stay on the beach, this hotel affords the best quality service and accommodations available in the immediate Naples downtown area. A short walk from 5th Avenue and right on a scenic bay inlet adjacent to 2 fine restaurants and right across the street from Tin City. Easy parking and room convenience - if you have a bicycle there are racks available and the jog over to downtown is short and safe. I stay here all the time when I am in Naples. Great value!
