Better than average and if you're going on a cruise it's a " I'm glad I did that". Shuttles to and from airport and the docks. Some good value restaurants within walking distance. Small bar for the guests with friendly bartender. Wouild definitely do again.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It offers free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and to the cruise port. The wait time for the shuttle was minimal. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We had a barbeque on the night we stayed in the courtyard and the prices were comparable to the fast food places in the surrounding the area. There was a large pool to enjoy and free buffet breakfast the following morning. My camera broke during air transit but there was a large mall next to the hotel so I was able to purchase a new one along with some items I forgot to pack. It was a great place to stay and I will certainly stay there again.

We booked this hotel knowing it was close to the cruise ship port and it was supposed to provide a free shuttle. After booking on-line, we called the hotel to tell them our flight information to coordinate a pick-up at the airport. The woman who answered the phone dismissed the need for our call saying that all we needed to do was call the hotel number when we arrived and a shuttle would be sent directly to our baggage claim area. Well, we called but the local number was not working! We tried every way we could think of to notify them, even phoning the toll-free number but it was impossible to make contact. So we waited out by the curb knowing that the shuttle van "came by every twenty minutes." We saw every shuttle for forty-five minutes but this one. We ended up taking a taxi. The front desk personnel told us that the shuttle was around but they couldn't be certain why it never found us! We did get a free drink from the bar for our inconvenience. Anyway, the hotel was fine for what we needed but it was really annoying that the local phones "weren't working," The day manager was kind enough to give us his name/number for a discount on a future stay. We plan on giving them another try soon.
