front desk personnel are not so friendly or accommodating to people coming in with discounted rooms. We had 3 total rooms under 2 names for reservations, one of the rooms was to have 2 teenage boys in it and we asked for 2 adjoining rooms, then asked if the other room could be on the same floor as the two adjoining rooms. we did not check in late, the lobby was quite empty, we were given one room on the 13th floor and 2 on the 2nd floor and no adjoining rooms so the teens were by themselves across the hall. The rooms appear very clean, but when we dropped a phone charger behind a dresser and went to retrieve it, there was a hardened piece of old sandwich. So the rooms are cleaned, just not thoroughly. In one of the rooms the AC was not working and we had to wait up for someone to come up to repair it. We did not spend a lot for the room so overall it was worth the money, but if I had paid full price I would have been upset. Also know that there is no free parking, cost is $15 a day and parking is difficult to find after a day at the parks so you may want to splurge for valet.

Their website claims they are a "smoke-free facility" and I had to sign something acknowledging their non-smoking policy when I checked in. Before signing this extensively long document (who has time to read this while checking in??), I confirmed that the entire hotel is non-smoking. However, when we went out to the swimming pool, there were ashtrays everywhere and people were smoking. When we went outside to the parking lot, there were people smoking by the exit door. When we checked out, there were people smoking by the main entrance. I mentioned this to the lady when we checked out and she stated that they have designated smoking areas. I asked "by the swimming pool and all entrances and exits??" That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I told her they need to change their website because they are CLEARLY NOT a non-smoking facility. Of course, she just patronized me and said, "yes ma'am, have a nice day."
