    I received a warm welcome at the reception desk. The gentlemen that checked me in was very polite. The lobby and common areas were open and nice. Our room was nice, but nothing spectacular. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was larger than those in other places I've stayed, and the beds were comfortable. The TV system which supposedly gave you access to the internet, movies, and games, wasn't working properly. Only the basic cable service was functional and it took me some time to figure out how to make that work. The remote control would not allow me to switch inputs on the TV. We dined at Cafe Matisse, the buffet style restaurant on the first floor. We tried dinner there and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were enjoyable and above average for a buffet. Parking was a bit difficult: you have to pay to park your own car and the small parking lot nearest the entrance dead ends, forcing you to reverse out. All of the parking seems to result in a long walk to get to your room. There is valet if you want to pay $20 / night. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Rosen Plaza and would consider it for future stays in Orlando.

    We stayed in the Rosen for a long weekend, and didn't need a rental car. The shuttle is convenient and not expensive. The i-trolley was great for the little girls. Don't miss Wonder Works, but go early before it gets crowded. It is right down the street; maybe a 5 minute walk. Also, there are numerous restaurants in the area. It was a great girls weekend!!

    We very much enjoyed our stay at the Rosen Plaza. The staff was top notch. The hotel had a very relaxing, laid back feel. Obviously, a perfect hotel if you're going to the convention center, but for us, it was also easy travel to the theme parks from this location. Many restaurants and things to do in the area around the hotel all within walking distance. There are also several restaurants/markets inside the hotel, which was nice and accomodating. Room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying here again.
