For me the best part of the hotel is the well established gardens with koi pond, waterfalls and sculptures. We had the convenience of being close to everything while feeling like we were removed from the city and traffic. I gave the room a good rather than an excellent only because the air conditioner was rather loud - but I heard no other noises from other rooms, passers-by or traffic. The breakfast around the pool was convenient and a relaxing opportunity to meet others. The bed was very comfortable and the room was meticulously clean. I enjoyed the table and chairs on the balcony. Having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient. I would love to have the opportunity to return.

This hotel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Nice, clean room was well updated. Garden and pool area with koi ponds are gorgeous. Free breakfast served pool-side. Friendly and helpful staff. Putting green and dvds. Centrally located in Naples.

I really liked this hotel. My girlfriend and myself had a non-smoking condo with a single king bed. The amenities were great. There was a full kitchen, a living room with a couple of nice couches and a big TV. This was great to come back to and relax after a long day in the Florida sun. With the large library of movies that they had we were able to get a different movie to watch every night that we hadn't seen yet. Also, with the kitchen, we were able to make our own food for a few days and save some money on eating out. The bathroom was a little bit dated but it wasn't in bad shape and this mattered little to us. I mean how often to you spend in your hotel bathroom on vacation? The service was really good. They answered all questions we had and were a joy to talk to. The breakfast was outside but this wasn't that big of a deal because it's usually sunny and cool in the morning in Florida. The pool area was also really nicely vegetated and a joy to walk through. The advertised free mini-golf was nothing special but that was nothing important to us and wasn't really a consideration when we were looking at this hotel. Overall my experience at the Naples Best Western Inn and Suites was a good one. Our condo was a cozy place to rest and come back to from long days in the sun or to just sit in and watch movies when it was raining. It was a little dated but nicely up-kept and not bad at all for the price. Highly Recommended.

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed at this hotel on the end of our trip and wish that we would have opted to stay the entire time there instead of the OVER RATED and VERY expensive place that we stayed two other nights of our vacation. This place is beautiful! We hung out at the pool with the kids all day and it was just lovely. The staff were very accomodating. I highly recommend this Best Western when staying in Naples.

This was, undoubtedly, the best value among the 9 hotels we stayed in during our long trip through Florida. The gardens around the pool and spa are fantastic, the place is as quiet as can be, and the rooms are spacious and clean as can be. Additionally, the staff (especially Jorge) are wonderful. I strongly recommend this hotel.
