- Please Note: Bringing our 121 year old building into the 21st century involves exterior scaffolding and protective netting placed around the building while our skilled team paints, repoints and waterproofs. We know these conditions are not ideal, but are excited to announce that these improvements, when completed, will not only result in a beautiful exterior but new, double insulated windows for all exterior guest rooms. For the remainder of 2012, our outside appearance may not be as attractive as it usually is, what facelift ever is during surgery!? However, like any good surgeon, there is no disruption inside- we are a luxurious as usual with no interruptions to the sophisticated, intuitive service and atmosphere you have come to expect!

This hotel has a cool trendy boutique quality, the room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was so helpful and accommodating...even let us borrow an umbrella the one day it rained! The location cannot be beat - we walked everywhere. And then to come back to a nightly wine tasting...extra special.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the free wine happy hour inthe evenings. The only feedback we had is that we thought we were getting a great deal, only to find we got the smallest room in the hotel (one small double bed). We had to pay extra to get a King.

I was in Boston with friends for a few days and this hotel is ideally situated to get around Boston. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The room was a little small but reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.
