I liked the location and transfers to LAX. Also liked the internet access in the lobby. Continental breakfast was very good but ended before my wife got up. I would diffentantly stay here again.

Parking is limited and tight, and you pay extra for it. The staff seems indifferent to your existence, and the rooms are old and cheap. On the upside the workout room and roof top pool is fairly nice. There are no restaurants in this area other than at other hotels (adequate) and fast food poor quality greasy food. A potential positive is an opportunity to walk or jog through LA neighborhoods in this area. They also offer access to the Airport shuttle during the day for flights.

La Quinta was a nice place to stay it served the purpose for being located near the airport. The service was friendly but not memorable. The stay was exactly what we needed. There was no above cordialness experienced. So I would say the service was good. I would stay there again, if I needed to be that close to the airport for travel, but if I was looking for an experience that was not it. The staff did thier job, no complaints. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. To be located in the City of Los Angeles it seems hospitality would be high on the list because travelers pass reviews by word of mouth. Its okay to go a little above and beyond the call of duty to make someones visit a more memorable one to keep them coming back, and to refer others to come there to stay. Offer some information regarding the hotel or talk about its convenience to the airpot. Offer the customer to call if they need any comforts , you are there to assist them to make their stay away from home a great one. After all you never know what one is going through.

Good location - close to the airport and the main highway. Good price. Breakfast was good enough as a compliment one. Parking was a little bit expensive. The clerks were polite but it took very long time for checking in.
