We had a great stay at the Inter-Continental, however, the food and service in the hotel restaurant was poor at best. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced and it wasn't even good, especially considering the portions were so small. But we did have some issues with our TV which were handled quickly. The staff was helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious and clean, staff very friendly. Would definately rebook with this hotel. Pricey room service and drinks in the lobby bar. Close to everything in Midtown manahattan, very easy acess to subways and trains

I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights for a conference I was attending. The rooms were pretty quiet for being in mid-town, food was good, sleep well.Bathrooms too small (narrow).Service was bad. They seemed understaffed, not enough help at the front desk or door. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check-in.I had to get my own cab multiple times because the bellman was too busy helping people park and getting their bags.Lastly, the rooms didn't look very clean to me.

I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights for a conference I was attending. The rooms were pretty quiet for being in mid-town, food was good, sleep well. Bathrooms too small (narrow). Service was bad. They seemed understaffed, not enough help at the front desk or door. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check-in. I had to get my own cab multiple times because the bellman was too busy helping people park and getting their bags. Lastly, the rooms didn't look very clean to me.
