  Very comfortable and let me check in even though I was quite early. The restaurant located in the lobby was reasonable, convenient and had a good selection of vegetarian items, which was important to me.

  Wife and I stayed here during our last visit to DC. Found it comfortable and clean and definitely convenient to the Metro (Union Station a short walk)! Two downsides - No jacuzzi to relax in after a day of touring and the aggressive beggars who liked to hang out at the end of the block. (Advise, just ignore them and they go on to the next tourist.) Otherwise, a good place to stay near the Capitol.

  I loved it. We were three blocks from the capitol and an easy walk to everything in DC. Room quality was outstanding. It was clean and very comfortable. There was a sign on our floor which indicated a "Pardon our dust" because allegedly there was construction on our floor, but we never noticed. Two thumbs up with this hotel-Thanks,

  I rejected the first room (on the 8th floor) the hotel assigned to me because it was extremely dirty and very poor quality furnishings etc. It did not even have a chair! The hotel assigned me another room on the 3rd floor that was recently renovated and it was clean and decent. However, there was construction on the floor above which at times was very noisy. Also, on my last day there, the recessed light above the bathroom sink began to leak a disgusting yellow liquid from the room above! I immediately reported this to the desk and checked out! Generally, the hotel staff were accommodating and the breakfast staff in the restaurant were wonderful!
