The Waldorf is in a perfect location! It's two short blocks away from the subway and is literally walking distance to many great attractions! The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were exceptional! It was quite wonderful staying here and definitely will stay again as it exceeded my expectations!

For a little more money than a chain hotel in New York, spend the money. Our first trip to New York and decided to stay at the Waldorf. We missed our shuttle to airport, employee in pick up are called shuttle service immediately and told the company they were early to pick us up, missed his custimer and they rounded the block and came back for us! Little details like that you might not think about make this place stand out to us.

Hotel was in a fabulous location and could walk to most everything. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The maid service was exceptional. My nephew got sick and they were their within minutes changing the sheets

03/01/2012The waldorf=astoria is my preferred hotel when in manhattan. from the beautiful park avenue lobby to the very curteous staff, i always feel special during my stays.
