Pretty good hotel and prices given the steep rates in NYC these days. Clean and NO bedbugs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was quite good ,in walking distance of many B'way and Off B'way theaters,also, numerous restaurants and a few museums. Excellent access to various subway lines. There were a few minor glitches. My side of the hotel had a very weak WiFi signal but there were no WiFi problems in the lobby. The available breakfast was limited but there were a few good breakfast type places a block or two away. My A/C thermostat did not work but the hotel provided me with a remote ,so problems were avoided. Of course,the room size was limited- but manageable.Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
