This hotel was just OK , it is very close to a lot of attractions like central park , the M&M store etc. so keep that in mind.. the font lobby was small but very modern i loved it ! The Staff was rood very uneducated just sat around doing nothing did not make you feel welcome at all if you asked for something they made you feel stupid ..room quality is tolerable the bed is very comfy and pillows but room was dirty the wall had stains and the sink had tooth paste (we had not used the sink yet) and their toilet was all cracked couldnt even sit on it .. also there air conditioning made ALOT of noise i had a very hard time sleeping.. they had free Wifi and Good Tv channels .. also the Bar guy was very polite and he mixed great drinks he was the only one who i felt ok being around with the rest of the staff was so intimidating all huge BIG guys looked like people just out of prison . If this hotel just did a better job with Hiring both Front Staff and Cleaning Services it would be a Great Hotel! other than that i give it a 6 out of 10.

This hotel shouldn't be rated over a 2 if that. The first night I couldn't get the front desk to answer the phone. I asked for an extra pillow and it took 2 days to get one.The hot water in the tub didn't work we had to get water from the sink with the cooffee pot. We couldn't lower the heat or turn it off and I know it had to be over 85 degrees in there.

12/03/2012Great location, but rooms weren't the cleanest. people/staff were nice but again the rooms are run down, the coffee maker was dirty, and just not clean.

This is not the first time we stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect for walking around the Times Square district and also close to the 30 Rock and Central Park and 5th Avenue areas. Lobby is very modern and clean. Rooms are average but clean. Bellman at front door very helpful with luggage. Friendly people at desk too. Value and comfort and service. Will stay here again and again.

Room was small even for New York but was efficently laid out. Faucet in bathroom leaked. Was reported multiple times durinfg a two night stay and not fixed until after we checked out. Bathroom light was also out and not fixed.
