Ensure that the shower has hot water before unpacking. I usually take a bath with hot water in the morning and found out that the shower was only able to produce warm water. I had to get another room and it was a lot of work to pack and unpack again (plus the time wasted to convince the hotel to give me another room) . Do not believe them when they tell you that the water is hot enough and that it is the same in all the rooms!!!. They tried this with me. They also told me that all the rooms were already booked and that they could not give me another room. I did not budge and, after a while, they were able to find another room. The water in the other room was really hot (as expected). There is probably a problem with the plumbing hookup in some of the rooms. Except for the hot water problem, everything else was excellent. Much better than expected for the money. Very satisfied overall.

A good location. I was attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center so it was very close to me. Wide variety of restaurants at walking distance and very nice bar, pool area at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, location is perfect, right on international drive, close to EVERYTHING. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean. The beds are sleep numbers and are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I have stayed there several times and will do so again.

My family and I were going to Orlando in August 2010. In total, we were 8 people. We checked in for 2 rooms.When I checked in, the staff welcomed my family and I to the hotel, they were very helpful. On the way to the hotel, my daughter wanted the bed to be soft but my niece wanted it to be hard. When we got to our rooms, my daughter and my niece enjoyed the Sleep Number beds! The room had excellent quality. When my daughter and my niece left the room messy, Room Service left it super neat and clean. The bathroom was extremely clean. I definetly enjoyed this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. On a scale of 1 through 10, I would give this hotel an 11! Excellent!
